Flexible vs fixed work schedule
A number of companies are now shifting to a flexible work schedule; however there are still many more that stick to the traditional fixed work schedule. The primary benefit of a flexible work schedule is job satisfaction, as it allows workers to take care of other responsibilities as well. It is no longer one or the other. Companies that are shifting to a flexible work schedule claim that it does not matter to them when an employee comes or goes, as long the work gets done. However, proponents of the fixed work schedule claim that there is no way to keep track of how much is being done or it there is wastage of time in a flexible work schedule.
