What is a feedback in Control System?

A control system is a specific type of system that manages commands, directs or regulates the behavior of other devices or systems. In a control system, the feedback is where the output is sampled and the proportional signal is fed back to the input. This is done so that if there is an error it can be fixed, hence resulting in further processing to get the desired output.
